FAQs
What services do you offer?
1
Currently we are only offering Tele-health sessions through zoom.
Individual Therapy – A collaborative space to explore life's challenges, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal growth. We support clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief, stress, and more.
Couples Therapy – Helping partners improve communication, strengthen connection, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and work together toward healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Family Therapy – Supporting families in improving communication, understanding one another's experiences, navigating conflict, and fostering stronger, more connected relationships.
Our therapists work collaboratively with each client and family, tailoring treatment to their unique goals, strengths, values, and lived experiences. We believe that meaningful change happens when people feel heard, respected, and supported in creating the lives and relationships they want.
How do I get started?
2
Getting started is simple.
Complete our contact form, give us a call, or send us an email, and a member of our team will reach out to learn more about what you're looking for in therapy. We'll answer any questions you have, verify your insurance benefits if applicable, and help match you with the therapist who is the best fit for your needs, preferences, and schedule.
Once you've been matched with a therapist, we'll help you schedule your first telehealth appointment and provide everything you need to get started.
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and we're here to make the process as welcoming, supportive, and stress-free as possible.
What makes you different?
3
At Elmzadeh Counseling, we believe that people are more than the problems they face. Rather than viewing clients through the lens of diagnosis alone, we strive to understand each person's unique story, relationships, values, strengths, and lived experiences.
Every therapist on our team is personally trained and supervised in our collaborative, narrative-informed approach to therapy. While each clinician brings their own personality and areas of expertise, we share a common commitment to providing thoughtful, compassionate, and individualized care that honors each client's experiences and goals.
Our therapists draw from narrative therapy and other evidence-based approaches, integrating techniques from multiple therapeutic models to meet the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family. We believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Instead, therapy is a collaborative process that helps people reconnect with their strengths, develop new perspectives, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Our goal is to provide high-quality, accessible mental health care while building genuine therapeutic relationships where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
